This pretty handmade, fine silver daisy pendant is made from silver metal clay. Silver metal clay is made from fine particles of recycled silver, that is mixed with an organic binder and some water. The clay is moulded and shaped and then fired. After the firing process, the fine silver particles have become fused together leaving a piece of solid silver. The resulting silver is 99.9% silver, so purer than sterling silver. This purity makes it slower to tarnish.
The pendant measures approximately 16 mm (1.6 cm) and is hung from a choice of an 18 inch (45 cm) or 20 inch (50 cm) sterling silver chain. There is a small extra charge for the 20 inch chain.
